摘　　要：针对邯郸市丰泰丰逸住宅小区地下车库暴雨后上浮导致部分框架柱破坏现象,经现场勘测,分析了事故主要原因,及时采取事故发生后应急措施,针对事故造成破坏提出了相应永久加固措施。加固后,经过一个雨季的观察,状态良好,采取的一系列措施达到了预期的效果。To find out the cause of the floating accident of underground garage in Fengtaifengyi residence community after rainstorm leading to failure of frame column, the primary cause of the accident was analyzed through site surveying. Emergency measures were taken to minimize the loss, and the permanent reinforcement was proposed for the damaged structure. After the reinforcement, the structure remained in good condition through a whole rain season.
