摘 要:针对林南仓矿深部软弱围岩巷道地应力大、变形大、支护困难的现状,在9#煤层石门进行互补支护技术试验,首先对围岩结构展开了观测,进而分析了该矿围岩变形的主要影响因素,最终以支护体"支护统一,护支并重"的思路,进行了支护设计。工程实践表明,与原支护方式相比,在一个月的时间内,新支护方式顶底变形量减少了546mm,两帮移近量减少了1154mm,说明该方式能够有效控制该矿深部低自承、高膨胀围岩的变形,为安全开采提供了保障。Aiming at the high in - situ stress , grear deformation and supporting difficulty in roadway of Linnancang Coal Mine, complementary support was tested in 9^# crossheading, the surrounding rock structure was obtained, the main influence factors of deformation were analyzed, and the support scheme was designed based on the thought of "unification in supporting and retaining, equal emphasis on retaining and support". Engineering practiee showed that, eompared with the former support, the roof- to - floor eonvergenee reduced 546mm and the two -sided displaeement reduced 1154ram, which verified the controlling effect of the deformation of surrounding rock with low self - bearing and high expansion, and provided guarantee for safe mining.
