摘 要:对于大变形巷道,由于顶板下沉量较大,容易造成锚索破断或支护失效。为避免巷道顶板事故的发生以及多次补强支护,研发了一种适用于大变形顶板的可接长锚杆,由左旋螺纹钢金属杆体、杆体墩粗连接头、杆体连接螺栓及锚尾螺纹组成。经过现场试验,其表现出与相同直径的普通螺纹钢锚杆同样的力学性能。在神东集团保德煤矿进行现场试验,并对试验巷道进行顶板深基点位移监测和可接长锚杆轴向受力监测。监测结果表明,可接长锚杆可以与顶板围岩同步变形,避免了因锚索伸长率低而被拉断进而引起的冒顶事故,可接长锚杆能够较好的控制大变形巷道顶板的下沉变形。同时,对其支护成本进行了分析,结果表明,用可接长锚杆取代锚索进行补强支护,可以大幅降低巷道的补强支护成本。To avoid roof accidents and repeated reinforcement support caused by large roof subsidence in large deformation roadways, an extendable bolt for large deformation roof was developed, consisted of left - hand thread steel metal rod body, pier coarse rod connector, connecting bolt and bolt tail thread. According to the field test, its overall mechanical properties were the same to common steel bolt of the same diameter. In Baode Coal Mine field tests, the roof deep base point displacement of the test roadway and axial load of the extendable bolt were monitored. The results show that, extendable bolt can be synchronous with roof rock deformation, to avoid the roadway roof caving caused by anchor rope breakage because of low anchor cable elongation. The roof subsidence controlling effect of large deformation roadway is favorable, and the reinforcement support cost can be greatly reduced using extendable bolt, according to the support cost analysis.
