摘 要:采用培养皿发芽法和沙培盆栽法,以150mmol/LNaCl模拟盐胁迫条件,分别研究了外源Ca2+对盐胁迫下番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:较低浓度的Ca2+(5~20mmol/L)总体上对盐胁迫下番茄种子的发芽和幼苗的生长有明显的促进作用,丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著降低;较高浓度(>20mmol/L)的Ca2+,抑制了种子的发芽和幼苗的生长,MDA含量极显著上升;Ca2+浓度在0~25mmol/L范围内,对盐胁迫条件下生长的番茄体内过氧化物酶(POD)活性影响无显著性差异。The effects of Ca2+ on seed germination and seedling growth of tomato under 150 mmol/L NaCI stress were studied by the experiment of petri dish germination and sand culture. The results showed that lower concentrations of Ca2+ (5~20 mmol/L) obviously promoted the seed germination and seedling growth under NaC1 Stress, malonyldialdehyde (MDA) de- creased significantly; but higher concentrations of Ca2+ (〉20 mmol/L) inhibited the seed ger- mination and seedling growth, malonyldialdehyde (MDA) increased substantially; when the concentrations of Ca2+ was in the range of 0~25 mmol/L, the effects of Ca2+ on POD activity of tomato had no significant differences under NaCI stress.
