摘　　要：机床制造过程中要使用到大量的外购件,外购件的质量和可靠性好坏对整机的质量和可靠性具有很大的影响,因此,必须对外购件质量进行严格控制。以控制外购件可靠性水平为目标,从供应商管理规范、外购件选择规范、外购件可靠性验收规范以及外购件使用可靠性控制方法4个方面阐述了外购件可靠性控制的主要内容,对机床制造企业的可靠性保证具有一定的指导意义。A large amount of purchased parts are used in the machine tool production process, the quality and reliability of the purchased parts have a great influence on the machine. Therefore, the quality of purchased parts should be controlled strictly. In order to control the reliability level of the purchased parts, the main contents of the purchased parts control system are described by four aspects such as supplier management criteria, purchased parts selection criteria, acceptance criteria and purchased parts reliability, which have certain significance for ensuring reliability of the machine manufacturers.
