摘 要:针对有完整圆形内凹和两侧内孔有同轴要求的精密塑件,注射模中的内缩型芯要求有较高的加工精度。通过对内缩型芯的结构和动作过程分析,选用了割2修1的慢走丝加工工艺,设计制作的精密角度块,实现了内缩型芯中6个可收缩瓣片和1个导向柱的6个配合斜面的慢走丝切割加工,保证了可收缩瓣片和导向柱的无间隙自由滑动;切割后的6个可收缩瓣片、导向柱用定位座夹具精密组装后,在数控车床上进行成型部位的一体加工,提高了塑件内孔表面质量;内缩型芯中精定位锥台与成型部位的一次性装夹加工,保证了内缩型芯的精定位锥台与成型部位的同轴,满足了高精塑件两侧内孔的同轴要求。加工出的内缩型芯塑料模已用于批量生产中,使用效果良好。The higher processing precision is required in shrinkage core on the plastic part with whole inner bore and the coaxial requirement of two inner bores in injection mould. The wire walking processing craft with two cuts and one mend are chosen based on the analysis of the structure and the course of action. By the design of precision angular gauge block, the wire walking processing on six coordinate slopes is achieved with six collapsible limbs and one guidepost, and the free slide with gapless between the collapsible limb and the guidepost. The surface quality of inner bore is improved based on manufacturing on the molding parts with NC lathe and the integration manufacture using precision assemble with positioning seat fixture of six collapsible limbs and one guidepost. The coaxial requirement between location frustum and molding parts in shrinkage core is ensured by disposable clamping processing. The shrinkage core on plastic mould has been used in batch production, and has good application effect.
