摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》是我国最早的针灸学专著,其中专列"奇邪血络"篇,对刺血疗法进行了较详细的描述,不仅承袭了《灵枢·血脉论》篇中的刺血理论,而且结合临床提出了自己独特的见解。通过对《针灸甲乙经》中刺血思想的研究,以期促进刺络疗法这种古老而卓有疗效的疗法的传承,并更好地应用于临床。As the first monograph of acupuncture and moxibustion in China,ZhenJiu JiaYiJing set exclusively a chapter on ＂strange pathogens and blood collaterals＂ in which detailed description of pricking blood therapy can be seen. It not only inherits the pricking blood theory inLingShuXueMaiLun, but also presents its unique opinion. The study aims to facilitate the continuity of the ancient and effective therapy and its clinical application.
