明代名医申斗垣治疗外科疾病临床药证分析研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法时行明代名医申斗垣中医药治疗外科疾病临床药证研究。方法:将明代名医申斗垣撰《外科启玄》治疗皮外科疾病的中医方剂录入计算机,使用Microoft Office Excel2003软件,建立数据库,运用统计学方法分析其用药规律。结果:整理治疗外科疾病中药内服方123首,涉及中药206种,总用药次数为945次。结论:临床治疗核心单味药依次为甘草、当归、人参、川芎、防风、白芷、黄芪、黄芩等。主要药类为补虚药、清热药、解表药、活血化瘀药、理气药、利水渗湿药等。To explore clinical symptoms and signs of traditional herbs of prestigious physician ShenDouyuaninMingdynasty in treating surgical disease on the basis of database. Methods： Medication rules of ShenDouyuanwere analyzed by statistical methods with database established by Microsoft Office Excel 2003. Results： Times of medication in treating surgical disease was 945, in which there were 123 formulas for oral admin-istration involved with 206 herbs. Conclusion： The prime herbs used individually can be ranked in sequence as fol-lows：GanCao（RadixGlycyrrhizae）;DangGui（RadixAngelicaeSinensis）; GinSeng（Radix Ginseng）;ChuanXiong（Rhi-zoma Ligustici Chuanxiong）;FangFeng（Radix Saposhnikoviae）;BaiZhi（Radix Angelicae Dahuricae）;HuangQi（Radix AstragaliseuHedysari）;HuangQin（RadixScutellariae）. The major kinds of herbs are deficiency-tonifying medicinal, heat-clearing medicinal, exterior-releasing medicinal, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,Qi-regulating medicinal and dampness-draining diuretic medicinal.
