医护全程诊疗模式在中医病房优质护理服务中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:推进"优质护理示范工程",深化护理服务内涵,探索更加适合临床的护理模式。方法:实行"以病人为中心"的"医护全程诊疗模式"责任制整体护理,将医生与护士搭配成组,责任护士全面履行专业照顾、病情观察、沟通协调、治疗处置、心理护理、健康教育和康复指导等职责。结果:实施"医护全程诊疗模式"显著提高了患者、医生和护士对护理工作的满意度。结论:在优质护理服务中推行医护全程诊疗模式更加符合临床,能更好的服务患者,真正做到医、护、患三方满意。To promote ＆quot;High Quality Nursing Demonstration Project＆quot;, deepen service connotation of nursing, and explore a nursing mode more suitable for clinical practice. Methods： The holistic nursing mode emphasizes patient-oriented care, it provides the diagnosis and treatment all-in-one, and the mode was adopted by arranging doctors and nurses in pairs, in which the duty nurse be responsible for professional care, disease observation, communication and coordination, therapeutic treatment, psychological care, health education and rehabilitation guidance. Results： The implementation of the diagnosis and treatment all-in-one mode improved the satisfaction of nursing service among patients, doctors and nurses. Conclusion： The diagnosis and treatment all-in-one mode for high quality nursing is suitable for clinical practice, and it can provide better services for patients and improve the satisfaction among patients, doctors and nurses.
