摘  要:为探究甜荞产量组分的相关性以及数量性状的遗传率和质量性状的分离模式,为甜荞育种提供参考,构建了两组自交可育的甜荞重组自交系(RIL)群体进行产量组分的遗传分析,统计各世代农艺性状,分析各世代农艺性状的相关性和遗传率。结果表明:1)各世代农艺性状变异程度大,其中以单株种子粒数变异系数最大。2)产量构成因素中单株种子粒数与主茎分枝数、花数显著相关。结实率与主茎分枝数、单株种子数呈显著正相关。3)株高具有较高的遗传率。4)F2代群体落粒性性状分离模式为3∶1。To explore the correlations between each two yield components of common buckwheat, heritability of quantitative traits and separation model of qualitative traits,so as to provide a referee for common buckwheat breeding,genetic analysis on yield components of two groups of fertile buckwheat recombinant inbred line (RIL)population was conducted by variance analysis of various generations agronomic traits,correlation analysis and heritability.Results:1)The agronomic traits varied greatly, especially the seed number per plant.2)Among yield components,seed number per plant significantly correlated with branching number of main stem and number of flowers.Seed setting rate was of significant positive correlation with branching number of main stem and seed number per plant.3)Plant height had higher heritability.4)The separation model of shattering habit in the F2 populations of two RILs was 3:1.
