摘  要:为探明水稻千粒重与外观品质性状的相关性,进而为水稻大粒品种的选育提供理论参考,对鄂晚10号和大粒王组配的F7代242个群体进行千粒重及外观品质性状的考察,运用SPSS 17.0软件,进行相关性及通径分析。结果表明:千粒重与粒长、粒宽、粒厚及垩白粒率呈极显著正相关,粒长与长宽比、粒厚、垩白粒率呈极显著正相关,粒宽与长宽比呈极显著负相关,与粒厚、垩白粒率呈极显著正相关,长宽比与粒厚、垩白粒率呈极显著负相关,粒厚与垩白粒率呈极显著正相关。通径分析表明,粒宽对千粒重的作用最大,粒长次之。In order to explore the relationship between 1 000-grain weight and appearance quality of rice,so as to provide a theoretical reference for large-seeded line breeding.The 1000-grain weight and appearance quality traits of 242 plants from F7 population of rice recombinant lines of cultivar Daliwang Ewan-10 were investigated using correlation and path analysis in this group.The results indicated that grain length,grain width,grain thickness and chalky rice rate had a significant positive correlation with 1 000-grain weight.Length-width ratio,grain thickness and chalky rice rate had a significant positive correlation with grain length.Grain width had a significant negative correlation with length-width ratio and had a significant positive correlation with grain thickness and chalky rice rate. Length-width had a significant negative correlation with grain thickness and chalky rice rate.Grain thickness had a significant positive correlation with chalky rice rate.The path analysis showed that grain width had the biggest action to 1000-gain weight,second is grain length.
