摘　　要：为我国农业生产政策的制定提供参考,运用经济合作与发展组织(OECD)农业支持政策的生产者支持指标,从绝对量、比重、结构等方面比较了不同农业生产水平的国家对农业生产者投入的分布趋势和变动规律。结果表明:基于农业产出的支持(尤其是市场价格支持)仍然是各国普遍的支持政策,基于农业生产可变投入的支付在新兴经济体处于显著位置。同时对我国提出了增加对农业生产者服务支持的投资力度,优化生产者支持结构的对策建议。The distribution trend and variation law in agricultural producer input among different countries with different agricultural production level were compared from absolute quantity,proportion and structure aspects of producer support indexes in agricultural support policy recommended by OECD to provide a reference for agricultural production policy-making in China.The results showed that the support of agricultural output,especially support of market price,still is the general support policy for different countries with different agricultural production level and the payment of variable agricultural production investment is in the significant position in emerging economies. The countermeasures to increase investment strength of agricultural producer service support and optimize the producer support structure are proposed in China at the same time.
