基于解释结构模型的家庭农场长效性发展影响因素分析

摘　　要：为相关部门制定促进家庭农场长效性发展的政策措施提供理论参考,基于对55位专家学者与家庭农场管理人员的问卷调查数据,构建家庭农场长效性发展影响因素的解释结构模型,分析家庭农场长效性发展影响因素之间相互作用的内在运行机制和逻辑架构。结果表明:国家宏观政策和法律保障制度是具有直接影响的表层因素,农产品竞争优势、农产品收益和适合机械化生产是中间层次因素,社会配套服务、农产品销售渠道、技术研发与推广能力、土地流转保护机制、家庭农场的总收益、家庭成员的支持力度和农产品质量是具有间接影响的深层次因素,农产品产量和农产品市场信息是根源因素。The interactional internal operating mechanism and logic structure of factors influencing family farms’long-term development were analyzed by the established interpretative structural model based on the questionnaire data from 55 experts and family farm’s management staff to provide a theoretical reference for formulating policies and measures to promote family farms ’ long-term development.The results showed that national macro policy and legal security system are the surface factors directly influencing family farms’long-term development,competitive superiority,revenue and mechanized production of agricultural products are middle-level factors influencing family farms’ong-term development, social supporting service, marketing channel of agricultural products, technological development and extension ability,land transfer protection mechanism,total family farms’revenue,family members’supporting strength and agricultural products’quality are the deep factors indirectly influencing family farms’long-term development,and agricultural products＆#39;output and marketing information are the origin factors influencing family farms’long-term development.
