摘 要:我国医药制造业作为高新技术产业之一,要想在全球市场上有立足之地,需要通过增强技术创新能力来提高其国际竞争力。基于此,本文通过数据包络分析法对我国2013年各省医药制造业的技术创新效率进行了评价,得出我国医药制造业技术创新效率较低,且东西部地区差异较大的结论。运用计量模型研究我国医药制造业技术创新能力的环境影响因素,发现企业规模、外资引进和市场结构对其影响较大。从而提出加大研发投入、提高市场集中度、完善政策和制度的建议对策。China's pharmaceutical industry, as one of the high - tech industry, needs to enhance the technological innovation ability to improve its international competitiveness. Then it can have a foothold in the global market. Based on this, we use data envelopment analysis to evaluate China's technical innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical industry in 2013. We conclude that China's technological innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical industry is low, and differences between the eastern and western are large. We also use econometric model to study the environmental impact factors of China's technology innovation ability in pharmaceutical industry. Then we find that firm size, foreign capital, market structure have great influence to technological innovation ability of pharmaceutical industry. Thus we suggest increasing investment in research, raising the market concentration, perfecting policy and system is the way to improve technology innovation ability of pharmaceutical industry.
