230例带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）人群的年龄构成,疼痛区域、疼痛级别、疼痛性质以及对PHN的治疗效果。方法通过5年来对武汉大学医院门诊PHN患者发放问卷调查方式进行研究,其中对118例PHN患者进行随机分组治疗。结果 PHN年龄构成主要在58-78岁年龄段（66.5%）;PHN疼痛区域主要集中在胸背（61.3%）、腰腿（25.7%）区域;PHN疼痛程度主要为1级和2级（55.2%、33.5%）;PHN疼痛性质主要是发麻灼热和皮肤异样感（35.7%和40.4%）。对PHN治疗方面,物理治疗优于药物治疗（χ2=5.08,P〈0.01）。结论 PHN患者主要为老年人,疼痛部位多位于胸腰部,疼痛级别较轻。治疗PHN最好以物理治疗为主,辅以药物治疗。Objective To probe the age composition,neuralgia position,neuralgia degree and neuralgia features and treatment effect of patients with postherpetie neuralgia（PHN）.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted in PHN patients（n=230）who were treated at the Outpatient Department of Hospital of Wuhan University in the recent 5years.Among the patients,118 PHN patients were randomly selected and subjected to the control study.Results PHN predominantly occurred in58~78years（66.5%）,in chest（61.3%）and waist（25.7%）.The neuralgia degree of most patients was in grade 1or 2（55.2%,33.5%）.They presented with burning（35.7%）and strange feeling of the skin（40.4%）.Physiotherapy was superior to medication for PHN patients（χ2=5.08,P〈0.01）.Conclusion PHN predominantly occurs in old people,with the pain mainly confined to the chest and waist.Most patients have mild neuralgia（grade 1or 2）.Physiotherapy supplemented with medication is treatment of choice for PHN patients.
