摘 要:目的研究云南不同产地粗茎秦艽中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn 4种无机元素的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法进行测定。结果该方法的加标回收率为95.8-110.3%,RSD〈2.42%,具有良好的准确度和精密度;粗茎秦艽中4种无机元素含量均较为丰富,不同产地粗茎秦艽中各元素的含量均有一定差异,但基本表现为Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu。结论测定结果可为粗茎秦艽无机元素与药效关系的研究提供科学依据。Objective To determine Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn mineral elements of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. from different regions in Yunnan Province. Methods Samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The addition standard recovery ratio ranged between 95.8% and 110.3%, and its RSD was lower than 2.42% indicating good recoveries and accuracy with this method. The contents of four mineral elements were rich and showed considerable differences in eight samples of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. Conclusion The determination results could provide scientific data for the further study on the elements in Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. and on their relativity of medicine efficacy.
