摘  要:目的以吴茱萸为原料,研究吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱对照品的制备与分析技术。方法采用溶剂法和色谱法提取、分离、纯化、制备吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱对照品,采用核磁共振和薄层色谱方法鉴定结构,采用TLC、HPLC方法检查纯度。结果吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱经TLC检查与对照品一致,无杂质斑点,经HPLC检测纯度达98.5%以上。结论吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱对照品已达到中药质量检测用化学对照品技术要求,所建立的分离、纯化方法简单,成本低、污染小、可行性强。Objective Using Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. as raw material, investigate the preparation method and analysis technique of chemical reference evodiamine and rutaecarpine. Methods The chemical reference evodiamine and rutaecarpine were isolated and purified by solvent extract and chromatography, which structures were determined by NMR and TLC. The purity was analyzed by TLC and HPLC. Results The TLC shows the chemical reference evodiamine and rutaecarpine consistent with the reference and have no impurity spots. The HPLC indicates that it's purity reaches 98.5% above. Conclusion The chemical reference evodiamine and rutaecarpine have reached the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine chemical reference substance technology requirements. The method of isolation and purification for evodiamine and rutaecarpine reported in this paper is simple, economical, low-pollution and feasibility strong.
