摘  要:目的优选吴茱萸的水提工艺,优化萸黄连的炮制工艺。方法采用回流法对吴茱萸中有效成分进行提取,通过高效液相色谱法测定正交设计所得9个样品中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、柠檬苦素的含量,并以此含量的大小来评价提取方法的优劣。结果吴茱萸水提的最佳提取工艺为加入12倍量水,提取40 min,提取3次。结论本试验提高了水提吴茱萸有效成分的提取效率,为萸黄连的炮制辅料--吴茱萸汁的制备提供了切实可行的提取工艺。Objective To optimize the water-extraction process of Evodia rutaecarpa by orthogonal design. To investigate the optimum techniques for processing Yuhuanlian. Methods Reflux extraction was used to extract the effective components in Evodia rutaecarpa. The content obtained from nine samples by orthogonal design, including evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin from nine was determined by HPLC, and the extraction methods were estimated with the content above. Results The optimum extraction condition ofEvodia rutaecarpa was 12 times water, 3 times for 40 minutes every time. Conclusion Extracting efficiency of effective components in Evodia rutaecarpa was improved at the optimum condition, which offered a feasible extracting technology for Yuhuanglian-Evodia rutaecarpa juice.
