清脏腑热方剂中黄连五种生物碱类药效组分分析

摘　　要：目的分析黄连药效组分盐酸药根碱-盐酸表小檗碱-盐酸黄连碱-盐酸巴马汀-盐酸小檗碱在清脏腑热方剂和药对中的含量及变化,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供依据。方法采用RP-HPLC测定。结果治疗胃火牙痛者的药效组分为(0.334 4±0.03)-(0.720 5±0.07)-(1.169 6±0.06)-(1.089 7±0.23)-(4.065 3±0.37)mg·g-1;治疗协热下利、表证未解者的药效组分为(0.45±0.01)-(1.710 7±0.31)-(3.578 4±0.05)-(1.494 3±0.14)-(9.572 1±1.25)mg·g-1;治疗湿热痢疾、赤白相间者的药效组分为(0.224 2±0.02)-(0.827 4±0.23)-(1.400 1±0.16)-(0.923 2±0.04)-(2.542 9±0.19)mg·g-1。结论黄连片在复方中如果功能相同,配伍不同饮片后,药效组分变得不同,对应治疗的临床疾病也不相同。Objective The active components alignment（ACA） of alkaloids of Coptis chinesis Franch was Jatrorrhizine hydrochloride-Epiberberine chloride-Coptisine hydrochloride-Palmatine chloride-Berberine hydrochloride.To determine the content of ACA in Visceral-heat-clearing Formula and Herb pairs.To study varying pattern of ACA and provide scientific data for the establishment of evaluation methodology of quality based on effect. Methods By using RP-HPLC. Results The ACA treating stomach-fire and toothache was（0.334 4 ± 0.03）-（0.720 5 ± 0.07）-（1.169 6 ± 0.06）-（1.089 7 ± 0.23）-（4.065 3 ± 0.37）mg·g^-1.The ACA treating diarrhea was（0.45 ± 0.01）-（1.710 7 ± 0.31）-（3.578 4 ± 0.05）-（1.494 3 ± 0.14）-（9.572 1 ± 1.25）mg·g^-1. The ACA treating dysentery was（0.224 2 ± 0.02）-（0.827 4 ± 0.23）-（1.400 1 ± 0.16）-（0.923 2 ± 0.04）-（2.542 9 ± 0.19）mg·g^-1. Conclusion The proportion of ACA in Qingwei Powder is 1 ： 2.16 ： 3.50 ： 3.26 ： 12.16; The proportion of ACA in Gegan Qinlian Decoction is 1 ： 3.8 ： 7.95 ： 3.32 ： 21.27; The proportion of ACA in Shaoyao Decoction is 1 ： 3.69 ： 6.24 ： 4.12 ： 11.34.
