摘　　要：新型农村社区与经济园区共建不仅有利于统筹安排社区化条件下的农民生产和生活,推进农村生产方式与生活方式同步转变,也有利于创新农业生产方式,推进农业产业化。应当以园区经济为载体,促进农业集约化发展;抓好社区农民的就业转型,防止"空心村"的出现;贯彻落实城乡一体化战略,合理承接新型城镇化过程中的城市产业转移,从而产生"农业产业化,农村社区化,农民居民化"三位一体的联动效应。The co-construction of new rural community and economic park is not only beneficial to overall ar- rangement production and life of farmers under the condition of community, speed up rural production and life style changes in synchronization, but also conducive to innovation mode of agricultural production, promote agricultural industrialization. Results show the following should be done： taking the park economy as the carrier to promote agricultural intensive development; paying special attention to employment transition of community farmers to prevent the emergence of ＂hollow village＂ ; implementing the strategy of the integration of urban and rural areas, undertaking urban industry transfer in the process of new urbanization reasonably, so as to produce linkage effect of trinity of ＂industrialization of agriculture, countryside change into community, farmers become residents＂.
