摘　　要：本文对2014年黑山县病死动物无害化处理基础设施的建设情况、保险公司联动情况及病死动物收集系统的组建、运行、监管等情况进行了详细的阐述,确立了黑山县病死动物无害化处理模式并取得了良好的应用效果,对全省病死动物无害化处理长效机制的建立起到了示范作用。In this paper, it details the infrastructure construction of free-pollution disposal of deal animals, the linkage with insurance company, the building of collection system of dead an- imals as well as management and operation status on Heishan county in 2014. At the same time, it also illustrates the establishing of harmless disposal mode of dead animals and it has achieved a good applicable effect, which plays an exemplary role in building process mechanism of dead ani- mal harmless treatment of Liaoning province.
