摘  要:针对锻造行业对击锤打击能量测试环境恶劣,传统测试方法存在实时性差、精度低、操作复杂等问题,设计了新型的对击锤打击能量无线测量仪,测量系统由主机和从机组成,主机安装在监控中心,从机安装在锤头上,从机硬件平台采用嵌入式ARM7处理器STM32和低功耗433 M无线数传模块SI4432,传感器选用压电式加速度传感器和电荷放大器,通过高速串行ADS8325实时高速采集打击过程中加速度值来获得加速度变化的时域曲线,从而计算出最大打击力和打击能量,通过无线方式将数据传输给主机,实现了对击锤能量数据实时采集与传输。现场测试表明:打击能量测量精度达到1%,无线传输距离达100 m,数据更新显示时间为每次0.5 s,该仪器满足实际测试要求。Aiming at problem that test environment of counter-blow hammer energy in forging industry is worse, traditional testing methods exist poor real-time,low precision, complex operations and other problems, design a new counte-blow hammer energy wireless measurement instrument which measurement system compose by the host and slave. Host installed in the control center, slave installed on the hammer, and the slave hardware platform includes embedded ARM7 processor, low power consumption STM32 and 433M wireless module S14432. Piezoelectric accelerometer sensor and charge amplifier is chosen for collecting acceleration values, a high-speed train ADS8325 is used to collect the real-time speed acceleration values and obtain the acceleration change curve during the blow. Then, the maximum blow force and blow energy is calculated, the data is transmit to the host wirelessly. Field test shows that the measurement precision of blow energy is 1% , the wireless transmission distance is 100 m, the display time of data updating is once every 0.5 s, and the instrument meets the requirements of the actual test.
