摘　　要：聚氨酯碎石透水路面（Porous Polyurethane Gravel Pavement,以下简称PPGP）是由聚氨酯胶水与单级配或间断级配骨料按一定配比拌和而成的新型路面结构,透水透气性较好,但由于缺乏系统深入的研究,目前还只是小规模应用于大型广场、人行道、景观道路及停车场等轻交通道面铺装。通过＂非标准肯塔堡飞散试验＂和＂析漏试验＂对PPGP胶水用量范围展开试验研究;在此基础上以强度为设计指标,通过分析PPGP抗压及抗折强度随胶水用量的变化规律确定出PPGP的最佳胶水用量。试验结果表明：PPGP-A、PPGP-B和PPGP-C胶水用量范围依次为2.6%～6.6%、2.8%～5.2%、3.6%～7.3%,而最佳胶水用量则依次为：3.7%、3.9%和4.8%。Porous Polyurethane Gravel Pavement（ PPGP） is a new environmental pavement. It is made of polyurethane adhesive and single graded or gap-graded aggregates according to a certain proportion which has the advantage of good permeability. Now it is only used in surface pavement of large square,scenic,parking lot due to lack of system-depth study. This paper launched a pilot study focus on PPGP＇s adhesive dosage through Cantabra Test and Binder Drainage Test. And based on the strength design index,we draw the optimum amount of adhesive by analyzing the PPGP＇s compressive strength and flexural strength with the variation of adhesive amount. The test results show that： the adhesive range of PPGP- A,PPGP- B and PPGP- C is from 2. 6% to 6. 6%,2. 8% to 5. 2%,3. 6% to 7. 3%,while the best adhesive dosage is as follows： 3. 7%,3. 9% and 4. 8%.
