高等院校与地方政府承办全运会赛事的思考——以沈阳大学与沈阳市大东区人民政府承办第十二届全运会柔道比赛为例

摘　　要：提出高等院校与地方政府承办全运会单项比赛是一种有效的工作模式。地方政府是比赛场馆的投资主体,高等院校是比赛场馆的建设和运营主体,高等院校与地方政府密切配合,保证了比赛成功进行。认为比赛场馆建设在高等院校,赛后由高等院校负责运营与维护,提高了比赛场馆的日常使用效率。It proposed that it is an effective mode that higher institutions and local government jointly hosted the National Games of P. R. C. The local government is the main investing body of stadiums for the National Games and higher institution is the main body of construction and operation of the stadiums. They worked in close coordination to ensure the success of games. It considers that, the stadiums are located in higher institutions, and higher institutions are responsible for operation and maintenance of the stadiums after games, which could improve the daily using efficiency of the stadiums.
