摘　　要：按照十八大和十八届三中全会要求,根据《中共中央关于加强基层服务型党组织建设的意见》,深入分析了高校服务型党组织的基本内涵,明确了要实现的目标,提出了实现目标的创新路径。According with the 18th Annual Congress of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Annual Congress of the CPC, and the file of About Strengthening the Construction of a Service- Oriented Party Organization, the basic connotation of service party organization of universities is analyzed deeply, the aims are clarified, and the new methods to realize the goals are presented.
