基于ADAMS的转炉倾动机构减速机电机不同步启动动力学分析

摘  要:某钢厂210t转炉倾动机构在生产过程中,曾发生减速器高速轴断裂故障,事后经测试发现,其中一台电机启动较其他3台滞后0.2s。针对此不同步启动现象,在Pro/E中装配出几何实体模型,然后将其导入ADAMS软件,在4台电机不同步启动工况下,对模型进行动力学分析,结果表明不同步启动会造成二级大齿轮和一次减速器末端齿轮轴之间产生巨大冲击力,也使4个一次减速器出现明显不均载情况。In the process of production of a steel plant of 210 tconverter tilting mechanism,there is a fracture failure of the high speed shafts of reducer.Through the test finding that one of the motors start 0.2slater than others.Aiming at this out-sync phenomenon,the geometry entity model of the reducer which is set up in Pro/E is imported into the software ADAMS.In ADAMS,the dynamics analysis of the model is carried out in the case that the four motors are not starting out of step.The results,a conclusion can be drawn that there is a huge impact between the large gear and a gear shaft of reducer,and uneven loads between four gear shafts.
