摘  要:采用自行设计的一种烤燃实验装置,开展了不同老化程度的GATo-3推进剂的热安全性研究。实验得到了GATo-3推进剂在不同实验条件下的自点火温度和自燃延滞期。计算得到了相关动力学参数,并分析了实验现象及规律。结果表明,GATo-3推进剂的自点火温度约为130℃,活化能为147.66kJ·mol-1,指前因子为2.72×1015 s-1。在不同环境温度下,GATo-3推进剂的点火温度基本保持不变,但其自燃延滞期和剧烈程度不同。温度越高,自燃延滞期越短,且响应程度更剧烈。随着贮存时间的延长,安定剂含量降低,热分解速率加快,自燃延滞期变短。Cook-off test of GATo-3propellant with different aging degree was carried out by a self-designed device.The self-ignition temperature and time to self-ignition of GATo-3propellant under the different experimental conditions were experimentally obtained.The related kinetic parameters of GATo-3propellant were obtained via calculation and the experimental phenomenon and law were analyzed.Results show that the self-ignition temperature of GATO-3propellant is about 130 ℃,activation energy is 147.66kJ·mol^-1and pre-exponential factor is 2.72×1015 s^-1.The ignition temperature of the GATo-3propellant at different environmental temperature mostly remains the same,but its time to self-ignition and intensity degree are different.The higher the temperature,the shorter the time to self-ignition and there is the more intense response degree.With increasing the storage time,the decrease of stabilizer content makes the decomposition rate accelerate,and the time to self-ignition short.
