摘　　要：采用Deform-3D软件对不同摩擦状况下反挤压金属变形流动的机理进行分析,探讨了不同摩擦状况下,凹模内壁压力分布及其最大值,凹模内壁压力最大值与凸模单位压力的关系。With using the Deform-3D software, it analyzes the mechanism of backward extrusion metal deformation flow under different friction states, and explores the pressure distribution and its maximum value of die inwall and the relationship between die inwall maximum pressure and terrace die specific pressure.
