摘  要:采用水琼脂玻片法测定不同的环境和营养因子对烟草白粉病菌Golovinomyces orontii(Castagne)V.P.Heluta分生孢子萌发的影响。研究表明:分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25℃,致死温度为42℃10min;适宜相对湿度范围为93%-100%;对光照要求不严格;在p H5-p H8范围分生孢子萌发率无显著差异;在碳氮源利用方面,该菌对供试碳源均能利用,其中果糖的效果最好;但供试氮源对分生孢子均有不同程度的抑制作用。Water agar slide method was used for measuring the effect of different environmental and nutritional factors on conidia germination of tobacco powdery mildew pathogenGolovinomyces orontii (Castagne) V. P. Heluta. Results indicated that optimum temperature for germination was 25℃, lethal temperature for conidia was 42℃ 10min and optimal relative humidity was 93%-100%. It was also found that conidia germination had no strict requirement for illumination. There is no significant difference in conidia germination rates within pH range of 5 to 8. The pathogen could utilize all tested carbon sources, among which fructose was the best. Tested nitrogen sources had different inhibition effect on conidia germination.
