摘 要:宁夏枸杞( Lycium barbarum Linn.)为茄科( Solanaceae)枸杞属( Lycium Linn.)灌木,为著名的药食两用植物,其成熟果实为枸杞子,具有滋补肝肾和益精明目等功效[1]232;其叶也是传统中药之一,具有"除烦益志、补五劳七伤、壮心气、除热毒、散疮肿和除风明目"等功效,民间常用枸杞叶制作药膳或药饮。相关化学成分的研究结果表明:枸杞叶富含多种维生素、人体必需的氨基酸及矿质元素,还含有黄酮类、萜类、甾类、生物碱及有机酸类等次生代谢成分[2-3],其中,黄酮类化合物具有降血脂、降胆固醇、保肝抗炎以及雌激素样作用[4]。宁夏枸杞叶片中的总黄酮含量与其清除 DPPH·的能力呈极显著正相关[5];枸杞叶片提取物中的黄酮类成分可抑制动物体内MDA的产生,从而提高机体耐力并延缓疲劳的发生[6]。近年来,已有研究者对宁夏产枸杞叶片总黄酮的提取纯化工艺等进行了研究[7-10],但对青海产宁夏枸杞叶的相关研究较少。Total flavonoids content in leaf of wild Lycium barbarum Linn. from June to October at 15 locations from Haidong and Haixi districts in Qinghai Province was determined. The results show that there are obvious differences in total flavonoids content in leaf of wild L. barbarum at different locations and collection times. Total flavonoids content in leaf from 15 locations is 0. 127%-3. 443%, in which that from county town andⅩiangride Town in Dulan County reaches 3. 443% and 2. 582%, respectively. Total flavonoids content in leaf from county town in Dulan County decreases gradually with delaying of collection time, that is higher in June and July (3. 443% and 3. 382%, respectively) and is the lowest in October (only 1. 479%). The comprehensive analysis result shows that total flavonoids content in leaf of wild L. barbarum from Haixi District in Qinghai Province is higher, and the best collection time is June and July.
