摘 要:目的:皱纹的严重程度评价是化妆品功效研究和医学美容研究的一个重要问题。本研究主要考察了一种3D皮肤检测方法(Primos)在中国女性鱼尾纹严重程度评估中的可用性,确定在该方法下评估的优选参数,探索中国上海地区女性衰老过程中鱼尾纹的变化规律,为3D皮肤检测方法在抗皱化妆品功效评估及临床研究应用中提供指导。方法:对3D检测方法进行可用性分析,评估其在测量中各参数的重复性、灵敏性,得到可用参数。运用3D皮肤检测方法对48名25~56岁受试者的鱼尾纹部位进行拍照,并进行鱼尾纹严重程度评分,分析可用参数与鱼尾纹严重程度评分及年龄的相关性,最终优选出与年龄相关性较高、灵敏度较高、重复性较好的参数用于鱼尾纹严重程度的评估。运用因子分析法对这些优选参数进行归类,将变量中信息重叠部分进行提取、降维成几个综合因子,以便进一步的分析。结果:12个参数:Sa、Sq、Sk、Sv、Svk、V2、Wd、maxWd、Ra、Wv、aWa、pWa具有较高的灵敏度(CV值大于25%)和较好的重复性(CV值小于10%),并且皆与年龄显著相关(R>0.55,P<0.01)。从鱼尾纹的变化规律看,鱼尾纹严重程度评分与年龄及各优选参数显著相关,与年龄的相关系数为0.727(P<0.01),与各优选参数的相关系数在0.509~0.769(P<0.01)之间。通过因子分析法可将这12个参数降维成两个因子:皱纹深度因子和皱纹面积因子,这两个因子也与年龄及鱼尾纹严重程度评分显著相关,相关系数在0.364~0.601之间。结论:3D皮肤检测方法能够作为鱼尾纹部位皱纹评估的一种客观评估方法,其测得的参数中Sa、Sq、Sk、Sv、Svk、V2、Wd、maxWd、Ra、Wv、aWa、pWa更适合用做评估参数,这些参数表征的鱼尾纹特征因子经分析得到两个因子,分别表示皱纹的深度与面积。随着年龄�Objective The assessment of wrinkle severity was important for cosmetics efficacy evaluation and medical cosmetology research. Aim of the present study was to investigate the applicability of 3D skin measuring device Primos in wrinkle evaluation at Crow ’s feet in Chinese females live in Shanghai,determine the preferred parameters.Analyzing the variation of wrinkle.Providing practical application guidance for both cosmetic efficacy evaluation and clinical research. Methods 48 healthy Chinese women were recruited for this study.Wrinkle severity at Crow ’s feet was evaluated using 3D skin measuring device Primos and visual scoring.Gathering the parametersand selecting parameters based on correlations with age,sensitivity and repeatability.The relationships between preferred parameters and wrinkle scores were explored.The preferred parameters were classified by factor analysis.Extracting the overlapping information,reducing the dimensionality. Results Twelve parameters (Sa、Sq、Sk、Sv、Svk、V2、Wd、maxWd、Ra、Wv、aWa、pWa)which had higher sensitivity、better reproducibility and correlate significantly with age were selected as preferred parameters.The correlation coefficient of wrinkle severity scores in comparison to subject’s age was 0.727.The correlation coefficients betweenwrinkle severity scores and preferred parameters were between 0.509 and 0.769. The preferred parameters could be classified into twocategories, one represented wrinkle depth, the other represented wrinkle area. These two factors were obviously correlated with age and wrinkle severity scores, the correlation coefficients were between 0.364 and 0.601. Conclusion 3D skin measuring device Primos provided an objective method for wrinkle evaluation at Crow ’s feet in Chinese female. There were 12 preferred parameters that could be represented wrinkle depth and area respectively.
