颞筋膜瓣带蒂转移修复面部大面积软组织缺损应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨颞筋膜瓣修复面部大面积软组织缺损和凹陷的效果。方法:设计、切取和转移以颞浅血管为蒂的颞筋膜瓣,结合骨移植或全厚皮片移植修复面部软组织缺损和凹陷8例。结果:在8例患者中,颞筋膜瓣成活良好,取得了满意的修复效果。结论:颞筋膜瓣修复面部大面积软组织缺损是非常方便、可靠和有效的,其与骨移植或全厚皮片移植联合应用可以取得满意的修复效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of temporal fascial flap on repairing large facial soft tissue defect and depression. Methods Temporal fascial flap pedicled with temporal superficial vessels was designed,harvested and transferred,to repair the facial soft tissue defect and depression,combined with bone graft or full-thickness free skin graft in 8 cases. Results In 8 cases,the temporal fascial flaps suviced well,and satisfactory results were harvested. Conclusions The temporal fascial flap is more convenient,effective and reliable for repairing large facial soft tissue defects.The method of temporal fascial flap combined with bone graft or full-thiciness free skin graft could obtain the satisfactory results.
