摘　　要：目的:应用MACS(minimal access cranial suspension lift)进行中下面部除皱术,总结并探索这种手术疗效的持续性,瘢痕的隐蔽性及二次除皱的安全性。方法:介绍MACS的手术方法,在随访1年以上的患者中探索斜行切口保存毛囊对切口瘢痕的隐蔽作用及再次提紧荷包缝合在二次MACS手术时的价值。结果:随访的30例患者面部除皱作用持久,切口瘢痕不明显,二次手术安全可靠。结论:MACS手术是效果持久、安全的除皱手术。Objective To summarize and explore the sustainability of MACS（minimal access cranial suspension lift）,scar concealment and secondary operation security. Methods We introduced MACS surgical method and explored the role of oblique incision in saving hair follicles to hide scar, mentioned the value of tightening purse-string suture in secondary MACS through the patients with more than one year follow-up. Results 30 patients followed up showed lasting effect of facial rejuve？nation , unconspicuous scar,and safe and reliable secondary surgery. Conclusion MACS surgery is a long lasting and safe facial rhytidectomy.
