保留血管网的微创重睑成形术

摘　　要：目的 寻找一种术后肿胀不明显且恢复时间短的微创重睑成形术式.方法 对单睑患者在实施切开重睑成形术时,保留垂直切口方向的皮下血管网.在相邻2个皮下血管之间切除部分眼轮匝肌,以保证血管网的完整性.结果 本组患者共603例.其中537例患者成功保留血管网,术后恢复较快,肿胀较轻微;66例保留血管网失败.结论 保留血管网的微创重睑成形术是对传统的重睑成形术进行了改良,适用于所有的患者;该术式具有损伤小、恢复快的优点,符合患者的需求,故临床中可以推广应用.Objective To search for a method of mini-invasive construction of double eyelid with unobvi- ous swelling and short recovery. Methods For the patients with foldless eyelid, the subcutaneous vascular net- work were retained in the direction of vertical incision during construction of double eyelid by incision. Part of the orbicularis oculi muscle between the two adjacent subcutaneous vascular was cut, in order to ensure the integrity of the vascular net. Results Of 603 cases who undergone construetion of double eyelid, 537 cases succeed in preserving subcutaneous vascular net with quick recovery and slight swelling, while the other 66 cases failed. Conclusion Compared with the traditional plasty, Mini-invasive construction of double eyelid with vascular net reservation is improved. It is suitable for all patients with the advantages of minimal invasion and quick recovery and meeting the need of patients, and can be widely extended in clinical work.
