摘　　要：目的：研究蝶形胶布牵拉合并方纱填塞对剖宫产术后腹部脂肪液化的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年2月～2014年9月产科收治的38例剖宫产后腹部伤口脂肪液化的患者为研究对象，采用对照研究的方式将其分为观察组和对照组，每组19例，对照组患者行常规换药、湿敷治疗；观察组患者行蝶形胶布牵拉固定后合并方纱填塞，换药治疗；对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者腹部脂肪液化伤口在甲级愈合率、乙级愈合率以及丙级愈合率上比较，x2=33.4230、24.5461、5.1026，住院时间及住院费用的比较t=3.1823、3.5411，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论蝶形胶布牵拉合并方纱填塞对剖宫产术后腹部伤口脂肪液化的临床疗效显著，有效促进患者伤口愈合，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，具有较高的临床使用价值。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of butterfly-shaped adhesive traction combined quadrate gauze packing treatment of abdominal wound fat liquefaction after cesarean section. Methods 38 patients with abdominal wound fat liquefaction after cesarean section who were selected as the research objects in our hospital from February 2011 to September 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to the methods of control study, with 19 cases in each group. To contrastively analyze the clinical effect between control group, which was treated with routine dressing change and wet dressing, and observation group, which was treated with butterfly-shaped adhesive traction combined quadrate gauze packing and dressing change. Results The comparison of the healing rate in grade A, grade B, and grade C of patients with abdominal wound fat liquefaction between the two groups（x2=33.4230、24.5461、5.1026）and the comparison of the hospitalization time and expenses（t=3.1823、3.5411） all had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Butterfly-shaped adhesive traction combined quadrate gauze packing treatment of abdominal wound fat liquefaction after cesarean section has statistical clinical effect, could effectively promote the patients＇ wound healing, shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the hospitalization expenses, has higher clinical using value.
