摘  要:目的初步探讨真核细胞翻译起始因子5A(e IF5A)的表达与自然流产的相关性。方法采用免疫荧光染色、real-time PCR和Western blotting技术检测e IF5A-1和e IF5A-2在自然流产模型小鼠、正常生育力对照组小鼠子宫组织以及在自然流产和人工流产蜕膜组织中的表达。结果小鼠子宫组织及人蜕膜组织中e IF5A-1和e IF5A-2均有表达,但e IF5A-1表达水平明显高于e IF5A-2;流产组织标本中e IF5A-1、e IF5A-2mRNA及蛋白水平表达均低于对照组。结论 e IF5A表达下调可能与自然流产的发生和发展有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between eukaryotic initiation factor 5A (elFSA) and spontaneous abortion. Methods Expressions of elFSA-1 and elFSA-2 in mouse uterine tissue of spontaneous abortion model and normal pregnancy controls and in decidua tissue of patients undergoing spontaneous abortion and artificial abortion were detected by immunofluorescence staining, real-time PCR, and Western blotting analysis. Results Both eIF5A-1 and elFSA-2 were detected in mouse uterine tissue and human decidua tissue, but the expression of eIFSA-1 was significantly higher than that of eIF5A-2. The mRNA and protein expressions of eIFSA-1 and eIFSA-2 of the spontaneous abortion group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The down-regulation of eIFSA expression may be relevant to the occurrence and development of spontaneous abortion.
