摘 要:【目的】为制定中国成年人肺动脉收缩压参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。【方法】搜集了中国61个地区的3 405例健康成年人肺动脉收缩压参考值资料,运用相关分析研究肺动脉收缩压与7项地理指标的关系,利用向后回归分析和因子分析分别建立了模型并利用T检验对最优模型进行选取。【结果】肺动脉收缩压与地理指标存在显著的相关性。经验证,因子分析模型为最优预测模型。根据模型计算全国2 322个地区的PASP预测值,利用Arc GIS软件的克里金插值法内插出中国成年人肺动脉收缩压度参考值的空间趋势分布图。【结论】海拔是成年人肺动脉收缩压参考值最主要的影响因子。若已知中国某地的地理指标数据,可通过因子分析模型计算得出结果,也可利用空间趋势图直观地得到中国任何地区的成年人肺动脉收缩压参考值。[ Objective ] To provide scientific basis for unifying standard of the reference value of Chinese adults' pulmonary arterial systolic pressure. [Methods] This paper collected the reference value of PASP of 3405 heahhy adults from 61 units in China. The relationship between PASP reference value and the 7 geographic factors was studied by correlation analysis and two models were built by regression analysis and factor analysis. Then the optimal model was selected by t test. [ Results ] There was significant correlation between PASP reference value and geographical factors. The factor analysis model was selected as the best one. Then the paper calculated the PASP reference value according to the model, and interpolated the distribution map of PASP reference value by Kriging method in ArcGIS 10.0 software. [Conclusion] Altitude is the main impact factor of adults' PASP reference value. If the geographic factors of a certain area are obtained, the reference value of Chinese adults' PASP can be calculated by the factor analysis function. In addition, the PASP reference value of an area can be read from the distribution map we got.
