摘  要:脊髓损伤是一种严重中枢神经系统创伤性疾病。传统治疗方法为手术解除神经压迫或通过固定维持脊柱稳定性,并配合药物等,但其对神经恢复及再生效果欠佳。骨髓间充质干细胞是具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,特定条件下可分化为神经元、神经胶质细胞、骨及软骨细胞、脂肪细胞等,在脊髓损伤修复中有明确效果。本文就胶质细胞源性神经营养因子修饰骨髓间充质干细胞移植与传统方法治疗脊髓损伤的现状与进展作一综述。Pinal cord injury is a traumatic disease of serious central nervous system. Traditional treatment relieves nerve compression through surgery or non-surgical methods as fixation and maintaining the stability of the spine in conjunction with other drugs, however, it has poor effect on neurological recovery and regeneration. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell is a kind of multipotent adult progenitor cell, which can differentiate into neuron, glial cell, bone, cartilage and fat cell under certain conditions, with clear effect on the spinal cord injury repair. This paper reveiws the research progress of cell transplantation and traditional therapy for spinal cord injury.
