摘 要:肥大细胞与单核巨噬细胞拥有相似的表型特征,近年来发现其参与慢性炎症、血管增生、组织重建及进行性纤维化等病理生理过程。肥大细胞在慢性肾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)中作用机制研究主要在促进肾组织炎症反应和促进肾组织纤维化病变。文中结合近年来文献,重点阐述肥大细胞促进肾组织纤维化的作用机制研究,旨在为CKD患者的治疗和对预后的判断提供新思路。Mast cells and monocyte-macrophage cells share similar phenotypic characteristics.In recent years, it has been found that mast cell plays a role in the many pathophysiological processes such as the chronic inflammation, angiogenesis, and tissue remodeling and progressive fibrosis.More and more evidences showed that mast cells played a catalytic role in the renal chronic inflam-mation and progressive fibrosis and were related to the development and prognosis in patients with chronic kidney disease( CKD) .This paper will review the pathogenesis of renal injury induced by mast cells, especially in promoting the renal fibrosis in order to provide some new ideas for treatment and prognosis evaluation of CKD patients.
