摘　　要：目的探讨医疗过程中患儿超说明书用药与法律道德的关系。方法根据临床超说明书用药的毒副作用,进一步探讨患儿超说明书用药导致医患纠纷及法律道德的界限。结果在临床工作中,超说明书用药在病情需要的情况下是合理的;反之,则触犯了法律道德。结论病情需要的情况下超说明书用药是医生的责任,是合情合理的。Objective To discusse the relationship between off-label use and legal ethics in sick children medical treatment. Methods Based on the toxic and side effects in clinical off-label use, the off-label use results in doctor-patient relationship and legal ethics limitation were illustrated in depth. Results In nclinical works, whether off-label use was appropriate or against legal ethics should be depend on the state of illness. Conclusion Off-label use can be appropriate and it is doctor’ s responsibility to put it into treatment if it is necessary for patient’ illnesses.
