再生医疗技术治疗慢性子宫颈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨、总结再生医疗技术治疗慢性子宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法将2012－2013年门诊收治的160例慢性子宫颈炎患者按照随机数字表法随机分为两组，治疗组80例，糜烂面均匀涂抹湿润烧伤膏（ MEBO），并将带线的湿润烧伤膏棉球填敷于糜烂面，每日换药1次；对照组80例，应用微波治疗，输出功率为30～40 W，电凝时间为5～6 s，观察两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组有效率为98．75％，对照组有效率为100％，两组疗效差异无统计学意义；治疗组发生阴道排液、阴道出血者明显少于对照组（ P ＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义，治疗组与对照组宫颈异常发生率无统计学差异（P＞0．05）；对照组有1例发生宫颈狭窄，3例阴道出血患者经反复填塞压迫才止血，而治疗组无此情况发生。结论再生医疗技术治疗慢性子宫颈炎疗效确切，与临床最常用的微波疗法的治疗效果相似，但再生医疗技术能有效减少并发症，具有经济有效，安全无创，简便易行等优点。Objective To investigate and summarize the clinical curative effect of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 160 outpatients with cervical erosion admitted between 2012 and 2013 were ran-domly divided into two groups according to random number table： a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, the erosive wound surface of 80 cases were smeared MEBO evenly and filled with cotton balls impregnated with MEBO and with an implanted thread. The dressing was changed once per day;while in the control group, the wounds of 80 cases were treated with microwave therapy. The output power of the microwave was 30-40 W and the electrocoagulation du-ration was 5-6 s. The curative effects and complications of both groups were observed. Results Though the effective rate in the treatment group was 98. 75% while that in the control group is 100%, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups. The occurrences of vaginal drainage and bleeding in the treatment group were significantly less than control group in statistics （P0. 05）. However, in the control group, one case developed cervical stenosis and the vaginal bleeding of 3 cases was stopped by repeated packing with pressure, while there were no such cases in the treatment group. Conclu-sion Compared with the microwave therapy commonly used in clinic, MEBT/MEBO is reliable in treating chronic cervicitis＆nbsp;with similar curative effect; moreover, MEBT/MEBO has additional advantages such as effective in preventing complica-tions, affordable economically, safe without invasive procedures, easy to operate and etc.
