摘  要:目的评价森林脑炎灭活疫苗加强免疫后的免疫效果。方法选择吉林市森林脑炎发病率较高的蛟河市、舒兰市既往有森林脑炎疫苗基础免疫史的400名8岁及以上健康人群,于基础免疫后18个月,进行1剂加强免疫,加强免疫1个月后,采集受试者静脉血,分离血清,使用森林脑炎Ig G ELISA试剂盒测定血清Ig G抗体水平。结果 400名受试者中,失访61人,共339人完成加强免疫,男女比例为3.35∶1;抗体阳性325人,阳性率为95.87%,GMC为3 391 VIEU/ml,其中8-16岁、17-59岁及60岁以上年龄组抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0-05),但GMC差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),男、女抗体阳性率及GMC差异均有统计学意义(P〈0-05)。结论受试者加强免疫后抗体阳性率较高,产生了高滴度的保护性抗体。Objective To evaluate the booster immune effect of inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine. Methods Healthy persons living in Jiaohe and Shulan County-level cities, Jilin City, Jilin Province, China with relatively high incidence of tick-borne encephalitis, at ages of not less than 8 years, were boosted with a single dose of inactivated tick- borne vaccine 18 months after basic immunization, of whom serum samples were collected and determined for IgG level by ELISA kit. Results Of the 400 subjects, 61 were lost to follow up. Of the 339 subjects receiving booster immunization, the ratio of male to female ones was 3. 35 : 1, while 325 were positive for IgG, indicating a positive rate of 95. 87%, and the GMC of IgG was 3 391 VIEU/ml. The antibody positive rates of subjects at ages of 8 - 16, 17 - 59 and more than 60 years showed no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05), while the GMCs showed significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ). However, both the positive rates and GMCs of IgG in male and female subjects showed significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion High positive rate and titer of protective antibody were induced by booster immunization with inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine.
