摘 要:目的对同种骨植入材料临床应用中发生疾病传播的风险及其相应的控制措施进行综述。方法查阅国内外同种骨移植疾病传播、风险与控制、山西省医用组织库技术有关文献,并进行综合分析与总结。结果国外报道的同种骨移植相关的疾病传播事例,其组织移植材料均未经二次灭菌;国内同种骨植入材料除了严格的规范操作外,均经过终末灭菌,无疾病传播事例发生。结论严格的规范操作、病毒灭活、终末灭菌是杜绝同种骨植入材料可能发生疾病传播的有效控制措施。Objective To review the risks and control of disease transmission in clinical transplantation of human allogenic bone.Methods The related literature on diseases transmission,risks and control,and tissue banking technology in human allogenic bone application was extensively reviewed and analyzed.Results The tissue is not sterilized in transmission cases relative to human allogenic bone transplantation reported abroad.While no transmission case was reported domestically because of final sterilization and strict performance during preparation.Conclusion Strict standard operation,virus inactivation,and final sterilization could effectively control the risks of diseases transmission in human allogenic bone transplantation.
