摘  要:开展了铝镁合金5A06激光-MIG复合焊接工艺试验,研究了工艺参数对焊缝成形及内部质量的影响,获得了改善焊缝成形质量和控制焊缝内部气孔的有效方法,并对激光-MIG焊接接头进行力学性能测试,显微硬度分析。结果表明,在合适的工艺参数下,激光-MIG焊对铝合金焊接接头气孔有明显改善作用,焊缝成形美观,接头内部质量良好,接头抗拉强度可达母材强度的94.99%。Laser-MIG hybrid welding process test of 5A06 aluminum alloy was carried out. The influence of process parameters on weld formation and the internal quality of weld was researched, and an effective method for improving the quality of weld formation and controlling the internal porosity of weld was established. Tests into the mechanical properties of Laser-MIG hy- brid welding joints and micro hardness analysis were conducted. The subsequent results demonstrated that a Laser-MIG hybrid heat source can be used to decrease the internal porosity of 5A06 welded joints within proper process parameters, creating a beautiful weld shape, good internal weld joints quality and a joint tensile strength of up 94.99% in the base materials.
