摘 要:利用超音速等离子喷涂(SPS)在45Cr Ni Mo VA钢表面制备Mo涂层,借助XRD、SEM、EDS、拉伸试验机、显微硬度仪和摩擦磨损试验机等手段,研究分析了涂层的显微形貌、结合强度、显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果显示:所制备的涂层均匀致密且无氧化现象,显微硬度相对基体提高了近68%,自结合强度为34 MPa,涂层在重载荷润滑条件下的磨损体积仅为基体的1/3左右,表现出优异的耐磨性能。The Molybdenum coating was prepared on 45CrNiMoVA steel by the supersonic plasma spray. The microstructure and composition of the coating were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS, the bonding strength was measured by tensile testing machine, and the hardness and the wear resistant property were measured by micro- hardness tester and tribometer. The result shows that the prepared coating is uniformly distributed and dense without oxidation, the hardness is improved by nearly 68 % compared to the substrate, the self-bonding strength is 34 MPa, and the wear volume loss is just equal to one third of that of the substrate with the heavy load and lubrication environment, which displays excellent wear resistant property.
