摘　　要：对劳动的强制指挥权是资本的另一层内涵,也是资本家榨取的逻辑依据。这一资本内涵是国外诸多榨取理论文献的理论支撑。对资本内涵的挖掘和对榨取逻辑的完善,能够为重新认识新时期的榨取主体及榨取方式演变提供重要的启示,对提升马克思经济学的剥削理论和阶级关系理论的现实解释力与指导力也有着重要的理论价值。Mandatory command of labor force is another meaning of capital and is also the logic basis of capitalist extraction. This meaning of capital is the theoretical foundation of various overseas extraction theory literature.Exploration of the meaning of capital and improvement of the extraction logic could provide important enlightenment for re- understanding the extraction body and evolution of extraction approach in the new period,and also carry important theoretical value for improvement of the realistic explanation and guidance of the theory of exploitation and hierarchical relationship theory of Marxist Economics.
