摘  要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗儿童白癜风的疗效观察与护理经验。方法:门诊诊治90例白癜风患儿,患儿局部皮损处白天外涂中草药复方增色液后日光照射,晚上外涂补骨脂素溶液后小型黑光灯(UVA)照射,同时内服中药复方制剂"乌梅汤",治疗全过程配合适时心理疏导,饮食调护与局部护理。结果:90例患儿经3个疗程的治疗与观察(每个疗程2个月)总有效率为42.2%(38例),其中临床疗效评价痊愈20例(22.2%),显效13例(14.4%),好转5例(5.5%)。结论:中西医结合治疗特点在于内外中草药联合应用,白天外涂中草药复方增色液后日光照射,其光敏作用好而副作用小;同时内服中药乌梅汤,可改善患儿脾胃虚弱的症状;配合心理疏导,饮食调护与局部护理,可取得满意的治疗效果。Objective:To discuss the curative effects and nursing experience of children's vitiligo by using Chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods:90 children of vitiligo were diagnosed in outpatient clinic.We used Chinese herbal medicine compound liquid locally and lighted by sun in daytime,while used scurfpea fruit element solution and ir-radiated by black light (UVA).At the same time,all the children drunk the Chinese medicine compound which is named “syrup of plum”.We treated the children by using timely psychological counseling,dietary aftercare and topical nursing.Results:The total effective rate was 42.2% (38 cases)after three courses(every course need 2 months)of treatment and observation.20 patients acquired clinical curative (22.2%),13 patients were markedly improved (14.4%),5 patients were improved(5.5%).Conclusion:The characteristic of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is using Chinese herbal medicine by internal and external method.This method hade high photosensiti-zation and low side effect.Meanwhile,internal plum soup can improve the weak symptom of the spleen and stomach.A comprehensive treatment regiment with psychological counseling,local nursing and diet aftercare can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
