摘  要:目的建立一种测定不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出氟含量的KOH等度淋洗离子色谱方法。方法按国标法将样品煮沸0.5 h浸泡24 h,取浸泡液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用电导检测-离子色谱仪分析测定。样品由KOH淋洗液冲洗到IonPac AS19分析柱中,经分离洗脱后进入ASRS 300抑制器,最后由电导检测器测定,数据处理系统计算结果。结果方法的最低检出浓度为0.004 mg/L;精密度测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.26%~4.58%;回收率试验中,加标回收率为91.6%~107.5%;标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 9。结论本文比较了国标法与离子色谱法测定不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出的氟,离子色谱法操作简便快速、检出限低,精密度高,加标回收率令人满意,非常适用于不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出氟含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of fluoride in Polytetrafluoretyhylene (PTFE) coating non - stick pan by ion chromatography with KOH isocratic elution. Methods The samples were boiled for 0.5 h and soaked 24 h accord- ing to GB method, and then the soaking solution was filtered through 0.22μm membrane and determined by conductivity detec- tion -ion chromatography. Rinse the sample by KOH eluent to IonPac AS19 analytical column, and after elution separation into the ASRS 300 suppressor, and finally determined by the conductivity detector, a data processing system to calculate the results. Results The detection limit was 0. 004 mg/L; The relative standard deviation was 0.26% -4.58% ; The recovery rate was 91.6% - 107.5%, r = O. 999 9. Conclusion Comparing the GB method and ion chromatography for determination of fluoride in PTFE coating non - stick pan, the method of ion chromatography was simple, and of low detection limit, high recision and satisfactory recovery, it was suitable for determination of fluoride in PTFE coating non - stick pan.
