摘  要:目的本文探索微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品乳液中铬的含量。方法采用美国CEMMARS-5型微波消解仪,程序升温;美国PE公司原子吸收分光光度计;石墨炉原子化器,测定条件:波长:357.87 nm,狭缝宽:0.8 nm,空心阴极灯电流:9 mA。点灯方式:BGC-D;氩气:压力0.35 MPa。氘灯背景校正系统。样品经微波消解,被注入原子化器,按程序温度依次经干燥、灰化、原子化、净化后形成铬原子蒸汽吸收层吸收来自铬元素空心阴极灯光源的特征谱线,测量该谱线吸光度,利用其与铬浓度成正比的关系作标准系列并定量。结果铬浓度在0 ng/ml^20 ng/ml时线性关系良好(r=0.999 6,n=5),平均加标回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.5%(n=4)。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于化妆品乳液中铬的含量测定。Objective Tho explore the microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption pectrophotometric method for the determination of chromium content in cosmetic emulsions. Methods Using the CEM - MARS - 5 type microwave device for programmed temperature ; atomic absorption spectrophotometer produced by PE companies in the United States and graphite fur- nace atomization device, test condition was as the following: wavelength 357.87 nm, slit width 0.8 nm, hollow cathode lamp, lamp current 9 mA. Lighting: BGC - D; Argon gas, pressure was 0.35 MPa. The deuterium lamp background correction sys- tem. Samples were digested by microwave, and injected into atomization device. And according to the pregramed temperature, in turn after drying, ashing, atomization, the purified formed chromium atomic vapor absorption layer was used to absorb the characteristic spectral lines from chromium hollow cathode light source, measuring the absorbing of the spectrum, and propor- tional relation to the concentration of chromium was used as the standard series and quantified. Results Chromium concentra- tion in the range of 0 ng/ml - 20 ng/ml showed good linearity ( r = 0. 999 6, n = 5 ), the average sample recovery rate was 100, 2%, RSD was 1.5% (n = 4). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for determi- nation of chromium content in cosmetics emulsion.
