市售不同质量聚氨酯清漆中苯含量检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解市售不同质量聚氨酯清漆中苯的含量水平。方法按油漆的价格和质量分为高档次组、中档次组和低档次组,每组25件样本。苯含量测定用气相色谱法FID检测器,以FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离。结果高档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g^0.23g/100 g,超标率为0%;中档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g^1.22 g/100 g,超标率为8%;低档次组聚氨酯清漆中苯结果范围为0.018g/100 g^4.38 g/100 g,超标率为20%。质控样的总标准差(st)均<自身浓度的5%,准确度的置信限(R/d)为0.97。结论市售聚氨酯清漆中苯存在超标现象,提示生产和监管部门应加强生产过程中对溶剂的质量控制。Objective To investigate benzene contents levels in market polyurethane varnish with different quality. Methods Samples were divided into groups of high - grade, medium - grade and low - grade group group by price and paint quality with 25 for each group. The level of benzene was measured by gas chromatography with FID detector, and separated by FFAP capil- lary column. Results The level of benzene in the group of high - grade ranged from 0. 018 g,/100 g to 0.23 g/100 g, the over standard rate was 0% ; the level of benzene in the group of medium - grade ranged from 0. 018 g/100 g to 1.22 g/100 g, the o- ver standard rate was 8% ; the level of benzene in the group of low - grade ranged from 0.018 g/100 g to 4.38 g/100 g, the o- ver standard rate was 20%. The standard deviation（st） of total quality control samples was less than 5% of their concentration, the accuracy of the confidence limits（R/d） was 0. 97. Conclusion The levels of benzene in different quality of market polyu- rethane varnish exceeded GB standard, which suggests the department of production and surveillance should strengthen quality control of adding benzene.
